MPexchange - disabling spam filtering and/or quarantine reports

Description


If an alternate filter service is being used, you may wish to disable the MPexchange filter service, and/or the quarantine reports.


Requirements


  • Admin access to the relevant MPexchange account.


The Process


  • Login to the MPexchange portal for the customer, either from the 'Advanced Settings' in Converge, or via drill down from your partner login in the MPexchange partner portal.
  • At the main menu, choose the Email Protection Lite icon.
  • In the left menu, click on Inbound Policies, Default policy.
    Select all options as per the below diagram.
  • Click Save changes.
    This has disabled spam filtering.

  • In the left menu, click Settings.
  • Click Save changes.
    This has disabled the daily quarantine report.
