Description
If someone needs to use the continuity service, it will store mail that can't be delivered and reattempt to send it
Requirements
The firewall on which the mailserver is running needs to accept connections from this IP range:
Please include the IP Range: 83.246.65.0/24 for the connection to establish.
Once there is a connection, the Continuity Service will automatically retry delivering the stored emails.

The Process
Not much of a process.
- Receiving mailserver stops accepting mail.
- Continuity Service spins up and starts accepting email
- Mail is stored for 3 months until a connection can be re-established
- If something's blocking the continuity service from connecting to the mailserver, it won't be able to resend.
- It'll try from it's 83.x.x.x IP range, and this could potentially look like a DDOS attempt to some firewalls, so an explicit rule to allow from this address is best.
