This article will show you how to access the temporary mailbox that is setup when your Customer is in Continuity. You will be able to see if they are by going to the Workspace and if the Status column says Deferred.
- Customer must be MPmail Ultimate Access
- An active User account with a password set that has been previously logged into.
Go to https://webmail.mpmail.com.au/ and sign in using your MPmail Username/Password.
Notes: This is not a full Exchange mailbox so will not have calendar functionality. Once your Mail Server is back up and working, mailflow will resume to that and the Continuity mailbox will start to empty.
A single email is only allowed to send to a maximum of 35 additional recipients either CC'ed or BCC'ed.
