Agent status filters have been added to help you track device activity more effectively:

  • Active
  • Pending Uninstall
  • Uninstalled
You can now initiate the uninstallation of Guardz Agents directly from the device page. Simply select the device, check the box, and the uninstall process begins. All actions, such as “Uninstall requested” and “Uninstall finished”, are logged in the Audit Log for full transparency.

How It Works

Devices with both Guardz and SentinelOne (S1) agents
  • A popup will display both agents, allowing the admin to choose which to uninstall.
  • During the process, the device appears under both Active and Pending Uninstall.
  • Once one agent is removed, the device remains under Active to reflect the remaining agent.
  • All actions are recorded in the Audit Log.
Devices with only the Guardz agent
  • The device moves to Pending Uninstall once the process is triggered.
  • It transitions to Uninstalled once the uninstall is complete.
SentinelOne (S1) agent uninstall behavior
  • The uninstall may take a few minutes.
  • During this time, the agent is listed as Pending Uninstall.
  • Once complete, it is removed from the list entirely.
