Description
Deleting a mailbox from the MPexchange hosted exchange service, either from Converge or from the MPexchange portal.
Requirements
Either
- Admin access to Converge
- Admin Access to the customer MPexchange portal.
The Process
From Converge:
Click into the customer from the Services tab in Converge and choose MPexchange from the drop down.
Click into the mailbox that you wish to remove.
Click the Delete button.
From the MPexchange portal:
Browse into the MPexchange customer account
In the top menu, click into Users.
Tick the user than you wish to delete.
At the bottom of the screen, click Delete Selected Users.
When asked to confirm, click the Confirm button.
The user and all associated services and data will be immediately deleted.
