End user guide for using MPexchange 2FA
Requirements
A valid mailbox on the MPexchange service.
The Process
2FA must first be enabled as per the article : MPexchange - Enabling User 2FA
The user should, on first use after their account has been enabled for 2FA, browse to
And enter their mailbox credentials.
If 2FA is enabled, the following dialog box will appear.
Double Safe is a IOS/Andriod based authenticator app specifically for MPexchange. At this time, other authenticators are not supported.
Complete the dialog box and click Next, and follow the wizard to complete the user setup.
