Description

This article will cover how to provision the MPexchange service through the portal.

Requirements

  • Customer details
  • Admin level reseller account in MPexchange Portal
  • MPmail already setup - see How To Provision MPmail

The Process

  • Fill in the required details, please note that Account Name cannot have spaces in the name and must start with a letter

  • Click Next
  • Select Exchange 2016 plan

  • Click Next
  • Fill out the billing information


  • Click Next
  • Click Get Started to open the MPexchange portal for your new Customer
  • To add the customers domain see How To Add A Domain
  • To create a mailbox
    • Click Mailboxes
    • Click Create User
    • Follow the prompts and create the mailbox.
