Personal Gmail Backup Removal

Personal Gmail backup is no longer available for Archiver plan.

Gmail will no longer appear as an option when adding new archiving accounts under the Archiver plan. This change only affects the ability to add new Gmail accounts for archiving. Any existing Gmail backups will continue running as usual.

Microsoft 365 Sub-Contact Backup, Restore, and Download

You can now back up, restore, and download more detailed contact information, including folders and categories, giving you greater control and easier access to the data you need.

Bug Fixes

The following issues have been fixed

Unexpected product experience when attempting to restore emails
Seat management always reporting a value of 0
Errant emails sending when previewing email notifications
Irregular behavior related to deactivated accounts

Avanan:

New SAT Training Modules: Vishing & Smishing and URL Fundamentals

Two new modules are now available in the Security Awareness Training library: Vishing & Smishing and URL Fundamentals.

The Vishing & Smishing module trains users to identify and avoid common phone and SMS scams, helping reduce the risk of social engineering attacks that bypass email defenses. The URL Fundamentals module teaches users how to recognize suspicious links by understanding URL structures - a crucial skill for spotting phishing sites.

These modules are part of our continuous effort to help organizations educate their users on real-world phishing threats. New SAT content is released every week, powered by an advanced chain of GenAI agents that streamlines the research, scripting, and production process.

Both modules are now live and can be found in the Security Awareness Training library within Avanan.
