How to map products between Converge and Connectwise

Requirements

• Existing connection setup between Converge and Connectwise
• Admin level access to Converge

The Process

In Converge, in the top menu, click Admin, Accounts.

Click at top to go into the Connectwise tab.

The company details at left should populate. If they don't, you will need to setup Connectwise first.

1. Setup Agreements
   Click the Agreements tab in the options above the customer details.
   Here you can select which Converge customers are to be linked to the relevant Connectwise agreement.
   
   
2. Setup Customers
   Click the Customers tab in the options above the customer details.
   Here you can select which Converge customers are to be linked to the relevant Connectwise customer.
   Each Converge customer can only be connected to one Connectiwse customer.
   
   
3. Setup Products
   Click the Products tab in the options above the customer details.
   Here you can select which Converge products are to be linked to the relevant Connectwise product.
   Each Converge product can only be connected to one Connectiwse product.
