Description
This article will cover how you can manually sync the data between Manage Protect and ConnectWise. Please note that currently there is an automatic sync at 4am on the 1st day of the month.
Requirements
- ConnectWise setup. Please see How To Setup ConnectWise
- Admin Access to Converge
The Process
- Log into your Converge Admin account
- Click on the Admin menu
- Click on Accounts
- Select ConnectWise
- Under Config click the Sync Now button
