Description

This article will provide the MX record and Outbound Smarthost structure for all MPmail customers.

Requirements

A valid MPmail customer

Solution

Please use the following structure for MPMail MX records and Outbound smarthost. You just need to add your clients domain to the front, for alias domains just use the same MX as the primary domain.

MX records
15 yourcustomersdomain.com.inbound.anz.mpmailmx.com
15 yourcustomersdomain.com.inbound.anz.mpmailmx.net

Example:
15 manageprotect.com.inbound.anz.mpmailmx.com
15 manageprotect.com.inbound.anz.mpmailmx.net

Outbound Smarthost
yourcustomersdomain.com.outbound.anz.mpmailmx.com

Example:
manageprotect.com.outbound.anz.mpmailmx.com
