This article will cover MSP portal provisioning for MPmail - Avanan. This is the portal you, the partner, will use to manage your customers (i.e. tenants).
Requirements
We will need some basic details sent to provisioning@manageprotect.com for us to create your portal.
Email address for the main administrator. This account will be used to administer your customers.
The Process
- Partner emails provisioning@manageprotect.com making sure to include the portal administrator email address.
- Manage Protect will generate the account credentials with the platform team.
- Manage Protect will advise via the provisioning ticket the portal credentials as well as other details to get you started.

The Avanan portal URL https://portal.avanan.net/ this will allow you to manage your customer tenancies.
