Description
This article will cover the ability for a file to convert when sharing within Workplace. This depends entirely on the size of the file being shared. In Workplace, file size limits are defined by file type, and for each file type you will have a 'hard limit' and 'soft limit'. 'Hard limits' define the maximum file size that can be converted.

The Details
All files within the 'hard limit' will convert when accessed, whereas files within the 'soft limit' threshold will pre-convert without having to be accessed via the online portal to initiate the conversion.
