This article will cover how you move the Workplace folder from it's default location. This is important to do especially if you are using roaming profiles.

The Process

To move the Workplace folder, do the following:

  1. Shutdown the agent, find the lock in your Taskbar then select Quit
  2. Locate the Workplace folder (Windows inside User folder on C:\ and Mac Inside Home Folder)
  3. Move the folder to the new location
  4. Run the Workplace Agent
  5. It will ask you to select where the folder is located now
