The attached Partner Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Manage Protect and the MSP Partner.
It explains each party's rights & responsibilities, and the mutual expectations for promoting, marketing and selling MP Services as described in the agreement.
Please read the attached document carefully: acceptance of these terms is required and partners are legally bound by them when working with Manage Protect.
