This article will cover how you can remotely access your files on a computer with the Workplace Desktop Agent installed.

Requirements

A Workplace customer
Username/Password
An Internet Connection and Internet Browser
Workplace Desktop Agent installed and online on the computer you want to access
Policy setup by Admin to allow Remote Access

The Process

To access files remotely:

Log in to Workplace Online https://manage.workplace.datto.com/
Go to Devices
Click the computer you wish to access
Click the Remote Access tab
