Description
You can create Microsoft 365 Admin accounts in Converge if it has been authorised
Requirements
Microsoft to be authorised in Converge. Please see Converge - Microsoft 365 Consent
on how to authorise, or contact support@manageprotect.com for assistance.
The Process
Once authorised please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the "Add User" Section.
Step 2: Fill out the details (Display Name, Username, Domain, Password and Type (Admin/User)
Note that an Admin = Global Admin.
Step 3: Create
The user will appear under the "Users" Field.
