Description


You can create Microsoft 365 Admin accounts in Converge if it has been authorised


Requirements

Microsoft to be authorised in Converge.

The Process


Once authorised please follow the below steps: 


Step 1: Navigate to the "Add User" Section.

Step 2: Fill out the details (Display Name, Username, Domain, Password and Type (Admin/User)
Note that an Admin = Global Admin.


Step 3: Create


The user will appear under the "Users" Field.
