For partners and customers using the Microsoft CSP Direct or Indirect programs, Microsoft have advised that Microsoft Customer Agreements (MCA) signed prior to 1 April 2023 need to be reaccepted. Customers who haven't reaccepted by 7 October 2025 will be prevented from performing certain actions. These include:
- New purchases
- Quantity increases or decreases
- Term duration or billing plan changes
- Upgrades
These restrictions will be enforced by Partner Center. Converge may still allow these changes to be submitted, but when processing the change, provisioning will fail.
Reacceptance via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
This method is for individual tenant reacceptance (known as direct acceptance). Sign into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using the following link, agree to the terms and then select Accept.

When reaccepting the MCA using this method, Partner Center updates ‘Customer acceptance through Microsoft’ to ‘Provided’.
