Program Overview
Almost 90% of SMBs use Microsoft for their day-to-day operations: it’s critical for MSPs to deliver and manage Microsoft effectively. Our goal is to make managing Microsoft licences easier and more profitable for our partners.
The MP365 Advantage program is our way of supporting and rewarding partners on their Microsoft journey. We value our Microsoft licence partners and support their growth with a range of benefits. As partners scale, their rewards grow.
MSPs benefit through:

Program Features
All program tiers within MP365 Advantage include features designed to simplify operations and enhance partner capabilities:
- Dedicated Partner Management: Each partner receives a dedicated Melbourne or Sydney-based account manager.
- CiPP Management Portal: A unified platform to simplify purchasing, provisioning and managing Microsoft licencing. This portal also allows partners to manage and access all their customers’ tenancies from one central location. There is a cost to set up and access this portal which is detailed in the price list.
- 24/7 Local Technical Support: Partners have access to Australia-based technical support from certified Microsoft specialists.
- Sales & Marketing: Access to resources for sales and marketing.
- Security Enhancements: Tools and features designed to bolster security across Microsoft environments.
Microsoft Annual Plans
With MP365 Advantage, Silver and Gold Manage Protect Partners can access annual Microsoft plans and pay them monthly, saving money on the licence cost while aligning payment with client invoices.
New partners (ie without a Manage Protect partner program tier) are subject to approval. They may need to provide references, onboard additional products, submit financial statements or transact with Manage Protect for an agreed period before this option is extended to them.
NOTE: This option requires a bond payment of 3 months' licencing, calculated at the current number of seats.
MP365 Advantage Tiers & Benefits
The MP365 Advantage program features a tiered structure, ensuring rewards scale with our partners' growth and commitment and delivering the benefits that are most helpful at each stage of growth.
The Partner’s Manage Protect tier ie Bronze/Silver/Gold will impact the discounts they receive and their eligibility for some benefits eg annual plans paid monthly

Foundation Tier (50+):
- Discount: Partners receive a 5-10% discount on licences, tiered according to their partner status.
- Onboarding: Includes a one-on-one onboarding program to facilitate a smooth start.
- Stack Development: Provides basic stack development and deployment assistance and support, helping partners build foundational solutions.
- Growth Planning: Offers guidance and support for planning MSP growth.
Growth Tier (200+):
This tier builds upon the Foundation benefits.
- Rebate: Partners receive the Foundation rate plus an additional 3% rebate on eligible purchases (Hybrid MPN only).
- Training: Access to comprehensive product training.
- Optimisation: Support for tenant optimisation and standardisation, ensuring efficient client environments.
- Sales Materials: Provides white-labelled sales materials to enhance partner branding.
- Marketing Development Funds (MDF): Access to marketing development funds to support joint marketing efforts.
- Integrations: Includes integrations with popular PSA/RMM tools like HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Autotask, and Brightgauge.
Scale Tier (1000+):
This is the highest tier, encompassing all benefits from the Foundation and Growth tiers, with significant enhancements.
- Discount: Partners receive a substantial 15% discount for tenants that also adopt one of our security products: Guardz, Avanan or Dropsuite..
- Enhanced Resources: Provides extra Copilot/AI, Entra, and Workspace resources, enabling partners to leverage cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
- Advanced Marketing & Sales Support: Includes enhanced MDF, opportunities for events, and co-sales/marketing initiatives.
- Integrations: as above.
