The Process

There are a couple difference scenarios here.... 

1 - internal MP domanins

2 - end user domains

Internal ones -- we receive an email from the Ops team shortly before the domain is about to expire.. when this is received we need to go to the above mentioned link then renew

This will give you a list of all our domains and we just need to find the ones that are expiring from the email, select 1 year and check the box on the right 

Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit renew, enter card details and you're done.

If it's a customer domain, you need to ensure there is n active order in SF so we're billing the partner for the domain.
