How to reset a password from the Dropsuite portal.
Requirements
Access to the Dropsuite Portal
The Process
Step 1: Login to the Dropsuite Portal
If you are logging in via the user portal (i.e. - Access to your client's portal):
Step 2: In the Top Right hand corner select the blue circle where it has your login name
Step 3: Select "Change Password"
If this is Partner Account: (Organisation)
Step 4: Select - "Forgot Password" https://dropsuite-au.com/forgot_password and a new email will be sent to your email address.
