Description
The MPaware Catch Phish is an outlook plug-in that is broken down into two categories:
1) Email Analysis
2) Security Training
Training Simplified: Offers in-email Micro Training and Annual Training. Users no longer need to log into their portal to complete these trainings, they can do it all right from their Outlook inbox!
1) Email Analysis:
- Reporting/catching phishing simulated emails can affect their Employee Secure Score (ESS):
If a user lost ESS points by falling for a previous phishing simulation, they will gain back a portion of their lost points for positive identification of a simulated phishing email. - Phish Caught Count:
Each time a user positively identifies a phishing simulation, their phish count will increase! This does not affect their ESS. - SLAM method email analysis:
- Emails are securely captured and processed by the machine learning service. The analyzed email is sent back to the user and never stored.
- You will not be notified each time a user analyzes an email, but you will be notified if they click "Send to IT Support". You can decide where the forwarded emails are sent on a per client basis.
- For External Email - Not Your Simulation:
A warning message is returned alerting the user to proceed with caution. Users can click the SLAM headers to learn more or can simply click "Send to IT Support"
2) Security Training:
Users can access the weekly Micro Training videos and quizzes directly from their inbox - all without signing in to the portal.
