Description

If you would like your incoming emails to be only filtered by MPmail or Avanan, you need to disable the Microsoft 365 spam filter. Otherwise, the Microsoft 365 spam filter could also classify incoming emails to your domains as spam and quarantine them. Since MPmail or Avanan are filtering your incoming emails for spam, the Microsoft spam filter is not required.
