Manage Protect provide a suite of brochures for our cloud solutions. 

These product brochures are suitable for partners to use when selling these solutions to customers and prospects.

These brochures are available for partners to customise with their own branding, contact details and / or call to action.


The Process

  1. Download the customisable product brochure from Manage Protect Knowledge base.

  2. Open the file using Adobe Acrobat.

  3. There is an image placeholder in the top right hand corner of the front page of the brochure. 
  4. Click on the image placeholder (indicated below in red) to select it. A pop-up window will open.
  5. On the pop-up window, select the "Browse" button and navigate to where you have saved your logo.

    Search for your logo, click on the logo file and press the "Select" button, then hit "OK".

    This will apply the logo to the front cover page. The same logo will automatically be applied to the back page.
  6. Navigate to the last page of the brochure. At the very bottom, you will see the same logo applied to the bottom left image placeholder box.

  7. To the right of the logo on the back page, there is a free text box for you to add your call to action, consultant details or business details such as contact address, email, phone number and website.

  8. If you wanted change the logo that is applied to the brochure, simply click on the logo and the pop-up window will appear. Select "Clear image", browse for a new logo to apply, press the "Select" button, then hit "OK". 

  9. Save as new PDF file for printing or sharing.
