Set up "Reason" field in MPmail's live tracking display to quickly see reasons why an email has been blocked or quarantined.


In the MPmail live tracking display:

  1. Click the column selector button.
  2. Choose the ‘Reason’ field. 

The Process

To quickly see why emails have been blocked or quarantined, you can add the ‘Reason’ field to your live tracking display.



In the MPmail live tracking, simply click the column selector button, and choose the ‘Reason’ field. You can now quickly see the reason without having to drill down into the email.
