This article will cover how to setup journaling on an Office 365 customer.


Requirements


  • A Customer with MParchive
  • All Outbound Traffic going via Manage Protect smarthost.
  • GMail administrator account

The Process


Note - Your unique journal address will be

customertopleveldomain_2007@journal.antispameurope.com

For example:

manageprotect.com_2007@journal.antispameurope.com


IMPORTANT - You will need to set all your Outbound traffic to go through our smart host, 

Sign in to your Google Admin console at https://admin.google.com/

Ensure that you sign in using an administrator account.


From the Admin console Home page, Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Routing

Tip: To see Advanced settings, scroll to the bottom of the Gmail page.
(Optional) On the left, select the organization.
Under Routing, scroll to Third-party email archiving or, in the search field, enter Third-party email archiving.
Enter the email address for where you want to send journal messages.
Click Add Setting.
At the bottom, click Save.
