Trials commence from the date of the provision until the last business day of the month. Partner must inform Soft Solutions before this time to avoid billing for the next month.
 

IUL - Fully featured versions of Backup365 with no restrictions to be used internally.
 

NFP pricing is available with the approval from your SofSol Account Manager based on your customer's eligibility.
 

Education pricing is available with the approval from your SofSol Account Manager based on your customer's eligibility.


Once the Backup365 service is provisioned it is up to the partner to select which mailboxes, SharePoint and OneDrive sites are to be backed up.


Backup365 billing is calculated based on the number of enabled mailbox backups you have, which includes shared and resource mailboxes.


When a mailbox, SharePoint or OneDrive site is disabled the data is maintained for a 30 day period. After the 30 day period, the data will be deleted permanently.
