Description

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) allows you to force login with a 2nd factor authentication platform, such as Google Authenticator.

MFA in available for the MSP portal, and is configured on a user by user basis, there is no global MFA option available.

Note that MFA is not available for users who are only configured in the tenant portal.

Requirements

A login to the MPmail Avavan MSP portal at https://portal.avanan.net/

The Process

Login to the MPmail Avanan MSP portal.

In the left menu, click Settings, Configure MFA.

Scan the QR code, enter the token from your device and click Continue.
