MPmail Avanan billing is calculated based on the quantity of mailbox-capable licenses you have within the Tenancy Subscription. (Not the quantity of enabled users)  Follow this link for instructions on how to confirm.

• Trials - you can provide a 14 Day POC to end-users with access to all components of Avanan (Anti-phishing, Anti-malware and Data Loss Prevention) on a hard limit of 5x users enabled in "Protection Mode"
   
• IUL - Fully featured versions of Avanan with no restrictions to be used internally.
   
• NFP pricing is available with the approval from your Partner Manager based on your customer's eligibility.
   
• Education pricing is available with the approval from your Partner Manager based on your customer's eligibility.
  
  
• Microsoft Trial / Excess Licenses: If you have an excess of licenses within your tenancy subscription not being utilised or not assigned to a user due to:
  1) Microsoft Trial Licenses being over-provisioned.
  2) Duplicate quantity of licenses due to a in-progress Transition from the previous CSP Provider.
