Created by Andrew Johnson, Modified on Wed, 26 May, 2021 at 8:39 AM by Damon R Bree

Description

MPmail will quarantine what it deems to be a threat(phishing, virus, certain attachments) and by default the customer can't release these from the Quarantine Report.

Requirements

MPmail admin access

The Process

  1. Login to mpmail.com.au
  2. Go to the customer
  3. Go to security settings>Spam and Malware Protection>User rights.
  4. Click the bottom 2 checkboxes and click save. Vary this depending on what you want to allow.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the customer is aware that releasing attachments or threats poses a security risk. Allowing a malicious email into the company can result in severe consequences for the customer's business. They do this at their own risk.
