Description
MPmail will quarantine what it deems to be a threat(phishing, virus, certain attachments) and by default the customer can't release these from the Quarantine Report.
Requirements
MPmail admin access
The Process
- Login to mpmail.com.au
- Go to the customer

- Go to security settings>Spam and Malware Protection>User rights.

- Click the bottom 2 checkboxes and click save. Vary this depending on what you want to allow.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the customer is aware that releasing attachments or threats poses a security risk. Allowing a malicious email into the company can result in severe consequences for the customer's business. They do this at their own risk.
