This article explains how to enroll as a CSP Indirect Reseller - this is required for Manage Protect to be able to provision Microsoft 365 licenses for you.

- A partner admin login to Microsoft
The Process
As a reseller you should enroll into the CSP program as an indirect reseller in Partner Center to be compliant.
In the Microsoft partner centre (https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/home) if you do not have a CSP menu item, you will need to enroll.
