This article explains how to add an End User login to


  • An admin login for
  • A customer account.
    Note that logins to Backup365 must be Microsoft 365 based accounts., Hotmail, personal Microsoft accounts are not usable.

The Process

  1. Login to 
  2. Select "Customers" from the Left-Hand menu 
  3. Search, locate and click the customer account
  4. Click "People" 
  5. Click "Create Invite" 
  6. Enter the user's email and select role as "User." 
  7. The user will be sent an email inviting them to login. They then need to click their profile in the top right corner and accept the invitation. After this they will have end user access to
