Order of rule processing when emails come in to the MPmail filter.
When emails arrive in the filter, the order and action are as below.
RBL list (block)
SPF Checking (block or quarantine)
Mass spam detection (block)
Compliance filter (deliver)
Virus check (quarantine)
Content Control, if activated (quarantine)
User-based allow list string (deliver)
User-based deny list string (quarantine)
Administrative (domain) allow list (deliver)
Administrative (domain) deny list (quarantine)
General allow list (deliver)
General spam rules (quarantine)
Infomail filter (quarantine)
