NB autolock only works on Windows machines
If autolock is not working check if the COM add-in is enabling for the Office apps (In Word: Options -> Add-ins)
It should show under Active Application Add-ins, if not it isn't initialising properly
Perform a full re-install of the AWP software and not retaining user configuration settings:
Go to the Control Panel > Programs and Features.
Select Datto Workplace.
Click Uninstall. The Would you like to retain the user configuration settings? prompt appears:
Click NO
Select Yes to keep the Workplace folder intact with all the synced data.
Perform a reset between installs and manually tick Sync4Office in COM Add-ins
