The deputy option is essentially the same as rights management - it allows the user in question to have access to a different users portal.

Once deputy rights are given, the user will be able to change view into the other user and see their quarantine and archive.

Users can specify a person to act as deputy during their period of absence from the office. Once this is activated, the deputy will also see the emails of the absent person in the results field of the email search and email archive. Until the deputy setting is deactivated again, the deputy has all options available to work on the absent person’s  emails  (spam  handling, blacklisting, whitelisting etc.).

You can also select several representatives. These representatives must already exist in the control panel. You can then click them in the drop-down menu and choose the “Add” button to add them to the list of representatives.
