This article will cover how to create a Distribution List and add Users for a MPexchange Customer.


  • A Partner level log in to the MPexchange Portal
  • The MPexchange Customer you want to create a Distribution List for
  • The Display Name and Email Address you want to setup
  • The list of Users you would like to add to the Distribution List

The Process

  • Log into your Partner Portal
  • Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
  • Select Active Accounts
  • Click Login next to the Customer
  • Click on the Services Menu then Distribution Lists

  • Click Create New Distribution List
  • Fill out the details of the DL and select Create & Add Members
  • Either enter the name of the person you want to add to the DL then click the tick or select the people icon and select the users you want.
