Description
This article will cover how you can release an Email that has been caught in quarantine as an Administrator.
Requirements
- A Partner level log in to the Business365 Portal
 - The details of the Email you want to release
 
The Process
- Log into your Partner Portal
 - Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
 - Select Active Accounts
 - Click Login next to the Customer
 - Click on the Services Menu then Email Protection
 - Select Settings from the left-hand side menu
 - Click on Admin quarantine
 - Search for the Email that you want to release then click the Release Selected button, you can select multiple emails at once.
 - If you would like to View the message, select Viewing as Grid.
