This article will cover how you can change the password for a user's mailbox


Requirements


  • A Partner level log in to the MPexchange Portal
  • The mailbox you want to change the password on
  • The new password you would like to set


The Process


  • Log into your Partner Portal
  • Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
  • Select Active Accounts
  • Click Login next to the Customer you want to change the password for
  • Click on the Services Menu then Mailboxes

  • Click the Action hyperlink next to the mailbox you want to change the password for
  • Click Reset Password

  • Enter a password twice that meets the complexity requirements displayed above
  • Click Reset Password
  • Wait 5 minutes then try the username/password in the Webmail, accessible here
