This article will cover how you can change the password for a user's mailbox
Requirements
- A Partner level log in to the MPexchange Portal
- The mailbox you want to change the password on
- The new password you would like to set
The Process
- Log into your Partner Portal
- Expand the Customer Accounts Menu on the left
- Select Active Accounts
- Click Login next to the Customer you want to change the password for
- Click on the Services Menu then Mailboxes
- Click the Action hyperlink next to the mailbox you want to change the password for
- Click Reset Password
- Enter a password twice that meets the complexity requirements displayed above
- Click Reset Password
- Wait 5 minutes then try the username/password in the Webmail, accessible here
