How To Select Product For Provisioning/Management

Description

This article will cover how to select the product you want to manage or provision for a Customer in Converge.

Requirements

• A login to Converge
• A Customer setup in Converge. Please see How To Add New Customer

The Process

Provision New Service

• Log into Converge
• Click on Services
• Find the Customer in All Customers either by scrolling or search using the Customer.. field

• Click on the Customer name
• Select the Product from the drop down

Manage Existing Service

You can use the same steps above to manage an existing service

• Log into Converge
• Click on Services
• Find the Customer in All Customers either by scrolling or search using the Customer.. field

• Click the Icon of the Product you want to manage

You can also click these Icons once you have clicked the Customer Name.
