Description

This article will cover how to create a new Customer in Converge. Once you have added the new Customer you will be able to provision services for it.

Requirements

• A login to Converge
• The Customer Name you want to create

The Process

• Log into Converge
• Click on Services
• Enter a Customer Name
• Click Create

The Customer will now appear in your All Customers list.
