This article will cover how you can use the @ to target a message at another staff member.

- Signed into Teams browser or app
The Process
If you would like to Alert a particular user, before typing the message put @their name, first name will do and select them when it pops up.
They will see a 1 on Activity on the right and the message will appear with a red @ symbol for them.
