This article will cover how you can report a spam email through the MPmail Portal


  • A Partner admin level log in to the MPmail Portal
  • The MPmail Customer you want to report spam for
  • The details of the email to report as spam

The Process

  • Log into your Partner admin level account
  • Select the Customer's domain/address from the scope selector at the top right
  • Use the filters to locate the email you wish to report
  • Click the coloured arrow at the right of the email to open the expanded options
  • Click Report as Spam
