This article will cover how to turn off the update notifications for all users Workplace Desktop Agent

Requirements

  • An enterprise Workplace Customer. Pro level Customers will not have access to the policies
  • Username/Password of the Customers Team Admin

The Process

  1. Log into Workplace as a Team Admin
  2. Go to Configuration Tab
  3. Go to Policy Profiles
  4. Choose a Policy, select Add Policies in the drop down and on the next screen
  5. Expand Workplace Desktop
  6. Tick Disable Workplace Desktop Upgrade Notifications
  7. Click Done
