This article will cover how to turn off the update notifications for all users Workplace Desktop Agent
Requirements
- An enterprise Workplace Customer. Pro level Customers will not have access to the policies
- Username/Password of the Customers Team Admin
The Process
- Log into Workplace as a Team Admin
- Go to Configuration Tab
- Go to Policy Profiles
- Choose a Policy, select Add Policies in the drop down and on the next screen
- Expand Workplace Desktop
- Tick Disable Workplace Desktop Upgrade Notifications
- Click Done
