What is Converge?

Description

Converge is Manage Protect's provisioning/management portal for Partners. You are able to provision and manage the following services:

• Manage Protect Partner Account
• A Username/Password for Converge

The Product

• MPmail - Provision new Customers, add/remove domains, adjust billing, manage spam report, manage inbound and outbound IPs
• MParchive - Provision new Customers
• MPexchange - Provision new Customers, add domains, add mailboxes and distribution lists
• Backup365 - Provision new Customers, set backups, full restore or individual item search
• Business365 - Provision new Customers, add domains, add mailboxes and distribution lists
• Office 365 - Provision new Customers, add/remove licences, add domains, add users
• Workplace  - Provision new Customers, add users, and storage

You can also access the standard portals for managing each product through Converge as well as Service Alerts and Firewall/MX record checks.
