Description

This article will cover the restore of Xero Backup data.

Please note at this time you can just download the data to an Excel file. This is unable to be imported automatically into Xero so you would have to manually input the data contained in the file.

Requirements

• Xero
• Xero Backup Customer
• At least one complete Xero Backup
• The date you want to restore to

The Process

• Log into Converge
• Locate and click on the Customer you want to restore data for
• Select Xero Backup
• Choose the Item Type from the drop down you want to restore
• Select a date range
• Click Search

• Choose the files you want to restore then click Download
