This article will cover how to release an email that has been caught in the quarantine to your nominated support address.

Requirements

  • A Release to admin level account for that Customer (set up as per How To Setup Release Spam/Content/Virus to Support)

The Process

To release an email to support you will have to log in as the customers domain.

  • Log into the MPMail Control Panel using the customers domain as the username

  • From the Email Live Tracking screen, click the icon to the left of the date range selector to show the expanded options. You should see the Send Email to admin option
  • Use the checkboxes to select all the emails to send to the support address and click the Send email to admin option
