To allow Manage Protect to lodge Microsoft support requests on your behalf, you will need to authorise Manage Protect as a helpdesk partner.


Admin access to the Microsoft 365 tenancy.

The Process

  1. Click on this link

  2. Sign in as the tenant admin

  3. Accept the relationship with Manage Protect

This adds Manage Protect as a helpdesk partner with granular delegated admin privileges (GDAP).
