Description
To allow Manage Protect to lodge Microsoft support requests on your behalf, you will need to authorise Manage Protect as a helpdesk partner.
Requirements
Admin access to the Microsoft 365 tenancy.

Sign in as the tenant admin
Accept the relationship with Manage Protect
This adds Manage Protect as a helpdesk partner with granular delegated admin privileges (GDAP).
