How To Setup Release Spam/Content/Virus to Support


This article describes how to setup the ability to release quarantined messages to a nominated email address. This email address can be external to the Customer you are setting it for.


  • A valid Partner/Customer Admin login
  • A valid Email address to release messages to

The Process

To setup a nominated address to this feature please do the following:

  • Log into MPMail Control Panel
  • Go to the Management tab
  • Select the Customer
  • Go to the Settings tab underneath the top level Settings tab
  • Tick the types of quarantined emails you want to release to support
  • Select the Store Address radio button
  • Enter an email address to send the emails to (this can be an external address)
  • Click Save
