This article will cover how to release an email that has been caught in the quarantine to your nominated support address.
- An admin level account for that Customer
- Support address added per How To Setup Release Spam/Content/Virus to Support
To release an email to support you will have to log in as the customers domain.
- Log into the MPMail Control Panel using the customers domain as the username
- Ensure you are on the Workspace tab
- Locate the email (use this article to learn how to search the Workspace)
- Tick the box next to the email
- Move up to Admin options and click the drop down box
- Select Support
- Click Perform action
