With Backup 365, our goal is to "Backup Everything".
If at the end of any calendar month, you find a mailbox or a site in your MS tenant that has not been backed up within the last 48 hours, we will refund the entire service fee for that customer for the month.
In the case of an initial sync, the mailbox or site needs to be in the process of syncing. It may not necessarily complete this within 48 hours.
For the guarantee to be activated, you'll need to report the issue to the our support team within 14 days of the incident.
In the case of a global issue announced on our status page that impacts many accounts, this guarantee is suspended until the issue has been resolved.
Excludes time spent waiting for partner/customer to rectify their fault.
