Backup 365 - Our Guarantee

With Backup 365, our goal is to "Backup Everything".  

If at the end of any calendar month, you find a mailbox or a site in your MS tenant that has not been backed up within the last 48 hours, we will refund the entire service fee for that customer for the month.

  • In the case of an initial sync, the mailbox or site needs to be in the process of syncing. It may not necessarily complete this within 48 hours.

  • For the guarantee to be activated, you'll need to report the issue to the our support team within 14 days of the incident.

  • In the case of a global issue announced on our status page that impacts many accounts, this guarantee is suspended until the issue has been resolved.

  • Excludes time spent waiting for partner/customer to rectify their fault.
